You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not use our website in any way that could damage, disable or impair the site or interfere with other users’ access.

Products and Availability
We strive to display our products, materials and colours as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in screens and manufacturing processes, actual products may vary slightly. All products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products without notice. Should a product be discontinued or become unavailable after an order has been placed, Furnroom will notify the customer and provide a full refund for the affected product, including any associated delivery charges paid for that product.

Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by Furnroom. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason. Payment terms, methods and requirements will be provided during checkout or on quote approval for custom furniture.

Pricing
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT, where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of placing the order.

Custom-Made Furniture
Custom-made items are manufactured according to the specifications provided by you. Please ensure all details, dimensions, materials and finishes are correct before confirming your order. Changes after production has started may incur additional charges and lead to delays.

Delivery and Risk
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location and product availability. Responsibility for the products transfers to the customer upon successful delivery to the address provided at the time of purchase. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided at the time of purchase is accurate and complete. Furnroom will not be held liable for failed, delayed, or incorrect deliveries resulting from inaccurate or incomplete address details. Any additional costs incurred due to such errors, including redelivery or address correction fees, will be the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before production or dispatch, upon confirmation from Furnroom. Custom-made furniture may not be cancelled once production has started, as materials are ordered and work commences specifically for your order.

Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, text, logos, product designs and graphics, is the property of Furniture Showroom and may not be used, copied or reproduced without our written permission.
